Journal Club

The objective of Journal Club's meetings is to expand knowledge of diabetic foot care and matters related to the diabetic neuropathy. The weekly meetings create an excellent opportunity for nurses, doctors, researchers and other healthcare professionals to exchange their opinions and share best practice in preventing and treating foot problems.

Journal Club's recent meetings focused on:

  1. Gastroparesis
  2. Biochemical basis for glycaemic index
  3. Vascular calcification in patients' with diabetic neuropathy & molecular causes and consequences
  4. Charcot Foot
